Delivery & Returns

Delivery of an item

All goods are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or via our chosen courier APC. 

Delivery times are out of our control and are not guaranteed. 

You will receive a confirmation when the goods have been dispatched.

Orders over the value of £100 or more will be dispatched via our courier and a tracking number can be provided when asked for.

We will package your goods carefully using appropriate packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your goods.

International orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed for or by Fedex, dependant on country of delivery and order value.

When an item shows as in stock we aim to dispatch these goods on the same working day. For goods that show on back order these items will need to be ordered in from the manufacturer and generally takes 3-5 working days to arrive with ourselves.  You may also receive a confirmation email to say your goods have been dispatched but this will not occur on a weekend, items are only dispatched Monday to Friday.

Returning an item

Padgett’s Motorcycles aim to always provide fault free, high quality and undamaged goods. On occasion however, we understand that some goods may need to be returned.

If you have received goods which are incorrect, please let us know within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

If the goods you have received are faulty or damaged please let us know within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be returned in original condition.

Postage of the goods is non-refundable.

If you have simply changed your mind on the purchase of your goods; please fill in the returns form below.  You have 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods to return them and the return of the goods is at your expense.

Electrical items are non-returnable.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please photo the goods before removal of them from the packaging and also please sign the delivery note and notify us immediately.

Returns are at the discretion of Padgett’s Motorcycles.
