Sales Executive

Padgett’s Motorcycles are a third-generation family business based in Batley; West Yorkshire established in 1958. We are the longest standing Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha Dealerships in the country with over 65 years’ experience with each. 

Padgett’s Motorcycles are looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever-growing sales team. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every rider finds their perfect motorcycle match.

• Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the motorcycle industry.
• You must have a genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of different makes and models.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone; with the ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life.
• A confident and persuasive approach to sales, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• A strong product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• A valid motorcycle license is a must.
• To be comfortable using a computer and a dealer management system.

Working Week

• Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)
• Saturdays 8:30am until 4:30pm
• Sundays Closed
• You will get a fixed day off every other week
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
