Sales Executive

Padgett’s Motorcycles are a third-generation family business based in Batley, West Yorkshire. We are the longest standing Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha Dealerships in the country with over 55 years’ experience with each.

Padgett’s Motorcycles are looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever-growing sales team, as a Sale Executive your main roles will include but will not be limited to: –

Greeting all customers with enthusiasm and a smile.

• To manage and develop all new & used motorcycle, face-to-face, telephone online or alternative channels (including social media) sales enquiries.
• To maximise the sale and profitability of all motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
• To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
• To maximise the sale of all Genuine accessory, aftermarket accessories and clothing products as part of the sale process.
• To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
• Photography, videography and appraising of new and used motorcycles.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be computer literate, have experience working in the retail sector and ideally a motorcycle retail environment, but this isn’t a requirement.

Benefits
An good basic salary will be awarded to the successful candidate, depending on experience, together with a generous commission structure giving realistic target earnings of £30,000 pa. 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays, Pension contribution, and industry leading Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha Training and Development.
